Sustainability

We strive to make our products as sustainable as possible, and efforts are made at every stage of the product lifecycle to reduce harmful environmental impacts, from design to manufacture to the packaging your products arrive in. The studio collaborates with small, local companies and we consciously choose the best certified sustainable materials for all our products, with a focus on natural, organically-grown, long-lasting and biodegradable textiles. The Black Walnut Collection is made bespoke for us and printed on fabric certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), which requires a minimum of 70% organic fibres, no toxic substances and enforces high environmental and social standards. Additionally, the digital printing uses azo-free inks, preventing release of pollutants from typical chemical dyes.
