1. Introduction

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from pierodangelodesign.com. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. They must not carry strong odours, including perfumes, smoke, or other scents.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed are not eligible for a return.

  • Items returned without prior authorisation from us will not be accepted.

Important: Limited-edition, pre-order, or commissioned items may not be eligible for standard returns. Please contact us prior to purchase or immediately after receiving such items if there is an issue.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Place the item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Contact us at info@pierodangelodesign.com with the subject: RETURN + YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt for processing.

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds will generally be for the item price only; any original or expedited shipping costs may not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@pierodangelodesign.com.

  • We will evaluate the issue and arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Proof of damage or defect (photos) may be requested.

6. Refused Deliveries and Lost Packages

  • If delivery is refused, we cannot process a full refund.

  • Refunds are only processed once the returned item arrives safely back to us.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages returned without tracking.

7. Exceptions & Special Conditions

  • Commissioned or personalised works are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or damage.

  • Limited-edition items may have extended processing times or special return instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will be refused.

  • Any extra shipping costs incurred for non-defective returns will be deducted from the refund.

8. Important Notes

  • Keep your tracking number and proof of postage. Refunds may not be processed without it.

  • Contact us immediately if your item is wrong, defective, or damaged, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
