Where do you source your materials?
• We strive to choose the most sustainable options for all our products, so we focus on sourcing biodegradable, organic, high-quality and long-lasting materials. We use GOTS-certified organic producers, and locally sourced materials wherever possible, and collaborate with small artisans.

Are the products safe for the skin?
• Yes, we only use Azo-free water-based dyes so there are no harmful chemicals for your skin (or the environment).

Which forms of payment do you accept?
• We accept all major debit and credit cards from around the world, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

Which courier do you use and how can I track my item?
• We ship all our orders tracked with Royal Mail and/or DHL. You will receive a tracking number shortly after your order has been placed which you can use on the Royal Mail or DHL website. They will also provide an estimated delivery date and time.

Do you offer free EU shipping?
• Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over £100 to EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden). Do you offer international shipping?
• Unfortunately we don’t yet ship internationally, but we’re currently working on making this available, so please sign up to our newsletter for updates and we will email to let you know as soon as we start shipping to your destination.

Do you use sustainable shipping?
• We chose Royal Mail as our courier as it has the lowest reported carbon footprint per delivery. This is because three quarters of their deliveries are made by purely or partially on foot to reduce van mileage.

Do you use sustainable packaging?
• Yes, we work with certified companies to ensure our packaging is as sustainable as possible with zero landfill waste. We use eco-friendly recycled paper delivery boxes, and the filling and tissue paper is 100% biodegradable and plantable, you can plant it at home in soil and beautiful wild meadow flowers will emerge!

How long will it take for the paper packaging to biodegrade?
• The biodegradable paper used to package your order will usually decompose within a few weeks. Under optimum conditions the entire biodegradation process typically takes around 2-6 weeks for paper, but can take up to around a year depending on factors such as soil quality.

How should I plant my packaging and look after the seeds to grow flowers?
• The best way to ensure your seeds grow into beautiful flowers is to follow the instructions in the video. The packaging must be soaked in water for a few hours prior to planting, and then planted in moist and well-drained soil for a few weeks, at an ideal temperature of approximately 20 degrees C. You should start to see your flowers sprouting after 7-14 days!

What if some of the seeds from the plantable packaging are not germinating?
• The plantable packaging should be full of enough seeds to grow some beautiful wildflowers, but just like in nature, each sheet of paper isn’t perfectly uniform so the quantity of seeds in each will vary and there may be some that don’t germinate - nature isn’t perfect! To give your seeds the best chance, make sure to keep the soil they are planted in moist and well-drained, that they receive enough sunlight and the optimum temperature is around 20 degrees C, see the video for more information.

What is your returns policy?
• We hope you will love our products, but if you’re not fully satisfied, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the product to us within the next 14 days, and we will offer you a full refund minus the shipping costs. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. For more information check our Return Policy.

What if my product arrived damaged or defective?
• In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email customer service at info@pierodangelodesign.com within 14 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you accept exchanges?
• Unfortunately we do not currently accept exchanges, except in the unlikely event that a wrong item has been sent in which case please email customer service at info@pierodangelodesign.com within 14 days of delivery.
