5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and may be updated without notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Main principles:
You have 14 days to request a return (non-commissioned items only)
Returned items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Custom, commissioned, personalised, and made-to-order items cannot be returned
8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on this website — including designs, artworks, images, photographs, text, branding, concepts, and biodesign innovations — is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not:

9. Artist’s Moral Rights Protection
In accordance with UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and international moral rights principles:
The artist retains:
The right to be identified as the author of the work
The right to object to derogatory treatment of the work
The right to withdraw approval of misrepresentation
The right to maintain artistic integrity
You may not:
Present the work as created by someone else
Alter, damage, or distort the work in a way that harms the artist’s reputation
Use the work in contexts that may be defamatory, misleading, or harmful
These rights remain with the artist even after the physical piece is sold, unless expressly waived in writing.
10. Limited Edition & Unique Works
For limited-edition, one-of-a-kind, or unique artworks:
Edition numbers (if applicable) are final
No further reproductions will be made outside the declared edition
The buyer receives the physical piece but not reproduction rights
The artist may exhibit, publish, or show images of the work for portfolio, exhibitions, or promotional use
Certificates of authenticity (if provided) must remain with the work
Alteration, reproduction, or scanning of the piece is prohibited
Any attempt to reproduce the piece for commercial or marketing use without consent is a breach of these Terms.
11. Use of Images
By purchasing a piece, you acknowledge:
You may display the item privately or publicly
You may NOT commercially exploit images of the piece without permission
You may share photos online for personal use with credit to Piero D’Angelo
The artist retains all image rights unless otherwise agreed.
12. Workshops & Digital Products
If workshops or digital downloads are offered:
Workshop bookings may be non-refundable
Digital items cannot be refunded once accessed
Recordings, PDFs, or course materials may not be shared or reproduced
13. Commissioned Work
Commissioned pieces follow a strict policy:
A. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin
Work will not start until the deposit is received
B. Payments
The remaining balance is due before delivery
Late payments may incur fees
C. Changes & Revisions
Minor changes may be accepted
Major changes or new creative directions will incur additional charges
Once materials are purchased or work begins, changes may be limited
D. Cancellation
If you cancel the commission:
The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances
You must pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation
If more than 50% of the work is complete, full payment may still be required
The artist retains full ownership of the incomplete or cancelled piece
E. Artist Cancellation
The artist may cancel only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., safety issues, impossibility of work).
In such cases, the deposit will be refunded.
F. Rights
Commissioned pieces remain the intellectual property of the artist
You may not reproduce or commercialise the design
The artist may display or photograph the work unless agreed otherwise in writing
14. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Courier delays
Customs issues
Website downtime
Data loss from third-party providers
Variations in handmade/artisanal items
Damage caused by improper handling
Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:
Natural disasters
Pandemic impact
Supply chain disruptions
Transport delays
Acts of war or terrorism
Industrial action
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
